NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Town Board of the Town of Chester, Warren County, NY, does hereby invite sealed bids with an offer to purchase:

• One (1) 10’x10’ aluminum raft (swimming platform). With no minimum. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "Raft Bid." Item can be seen at the Loon Lake Beach, 5419 State Route 8, Chestertown, NY 12817.

Bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY, or in person at the Town Hall, 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, on or before July 14, 2026 at 1:00 pm. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Clerk’s Office at 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, NY on July 14, 2026 at 1:00 pm.

The Town Board of the Town of Chester reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS MEETING TIME

Please be advised that the regular meeting time for the Town Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) has changed.

Effective immediately, all ZBA meetings will begin at 6:00 PM instead of 7:00 PM.

Meetings will continue to be held on their regularly scheduled dates and at the usual meeting location.
